The Knitter and Author

I like connections. Knitting is taking a single piece of yarn and making connections in multiple places to form a piece of fabric. There are connections in Scripture too. I like finding them.

I am a follower of Christ, wife to Matt, and mother to Rosie and Elijah (22 year old twins), Josiah (19), and Zach (17). I have a Masters in Ministry and a MA in Theological Studies from Bethel College (Indiana) and am a licensed pastor in the Missionary Church. I am a life-long Hoosier. I substitute teach and I work in a knitting store. Thus the name of my blog. Occasionally I might share what is on my actual needles (like the sweater in the picture), but mostly I’ll be sharing what I think about while using them.
